What it’s like to work with me

Step 1: First Session - Meet & Greet

Get your questions answered, determine if this is the right fit for your needs, and put your toe in the water of trying two main components of ART.

Step 2: Diagnostic Assessment

It is started with the paperwork completed at intake and then I ask questions to get a holistic view of your life, not just the mental health piece, so I can be the most effective guide and help you achieve your personal goals.

Step 3: Start Building Your Skills

We will develop an individualized treatment plan together - you have a say of what you want to work on. I'm not the expert telling you what to do.

Step 4: ART Processing

Build a foundational skillset before processing deeper.

Step 5: Accelerated Resolution Therapy

Clean out your mental closet and get free of past, unresolved issues.

Step 6: Live Your Life!

Learning who you are by taking actions. Be your authentic, genuine self and do what makes you happy.

What a session looks like

  • You'll follow my hand, lightbar, or other tool while I direct you through a guided, step-by-step process.

  • You’ll replace disturbing images with calm or positive images of your choice.

  • You’re in control — this is not hypnosis (and no, I won’t make you cluck like a chicken).

  • You keep the knowledge, lose the pain. No memories are erased, you'll remember the facts, and process out distressing emotions by changing how you see them.

  • You’ll leave feeling calm, lighter, and more relaxed.
